Ryan is the Owner and President of Commercial Cabling Company LLC, a Woman-Owned Small Business specializing in structured and low-voltage communications infrastructure. Her professional background includes business operations at the Chicago Board of Trade and managing her own practice as a licensed massage therapist — experiences that have strengthened her precision, client focus, and organizational leadership. As President, Ryan oversees the company’s operations, financial management, human resources, compliance, and administrative functions, while also supporting contract administration and business development initiatives. Her diverse professional foundation supports CCC’s commitment to quality, reliability, and exceptional service on every project.
Jeff Geiselhofer
Jeff is the Co-Owner and Vice President of Commercial Cabling Company LLC, bringing over 30 years of experience in the electrical and low-voltage industry. He began his career in 1995 with IBEW Local 134 in Chicago, where working on large, fast-paced commercial projects instilled a strong work ethic and deep industry knowledge. That drive and dedication inspired Jeff to help build a company of his own — one grounded in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. In addition to overseeing field operations, Jeff supports project coordination, installation oversight, workforce training, estimating, and bid preparation. He works closely with General Contractors, project managers, and field crews to support efficient installation activities and adherence to contract documents and project specifications. Jeff plays a key role in maintaining quality workmanship, schedule performance, and safety compliance across CCC’s Division 27 communications infrastructure installations.
Henry Gutbub
Henry serves as the Superintendent and Project Manager at Commercial Cabling Company LLC, bringing more than ten years of practical experience in the structured cabling industry. Since joining CCC in 2016 as a field technician, Henry has advanced into a leadership role where he oversees project coordination, field operations, installation activities, cost estimating, and bid preparation. His experience in structured cabling installations provides a comprehensive understanding of project execution from pre-installation coordination through closeout. Known for his attention to detail and outstanding communication skills, Henry works closely with General Contractors, Division 28 security integrators, field crews, and project inspectors to support efficient installation and coordination. He plays a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of Division 27 communications infrastructure in accordance with contract documents, safety requirements, and the company’s standards for quality and performance.
Brian Rousek
Brian is the Superintendent / Project Manager at Commercial Cabling Company LLC, bringing over 30 years of experience in the electrical and low-voltage industry. He began his career in 1995 with IBEW Local 134 in Chicago, where he developed extensive experience supporting large-scale commercial installations and leading field crews in fast-paced environments. Known for his professionalism, industry knowledge, and steady leadership, Brian works closely with field personnel to support efficient installation and coordination. He plays a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of Division 27 communications infrastructure in accordance with contract documents, safety requirements, and the company’s standards for quality and performance. He also mentors and trains new employees to meet CCC’s standards, helping ensure consistent installation practices, safety compliance, and professionalism across all field operations.
