Fiber Optic Backbone Installation Serving Chandler, AZ & the Greater Phoenix Metro
Fiber optic backbone installation is the design, installation, splicing, and testing of the high-capacity fiber that links a facility’s main distribution frame (MDF) to its intermediate distribution frames (IDFs), buildings, and equipment rooms. It carries the traffic for every network drop, wireless access point, and camera on site.
Commercial Cabling Company (CCC) installs single-mode and multimode fiber backbones for fabrication facility, advanced manufacturers, data centers, warehouses, and corporate campuses, with fusion splicing, fiber enclosure termination, and certified test results on every cable run.
We specialize in complex operating environments, where phased integrations, strict access rules, and zero tolerance for surprises are the norm. We are headquartered in neighboring Mesa and licensed in Arizona (ROC License #291868).
Fiber Optic Cabling Services
From a single riser to a multi-building campus, we handle the full backbone scope, so your network team can turn up equipment on a clean, tested, documented foundation.
Single-Mode & Multimode Fiber Solutions
Single-mode (OS2) fiber carries high-bandwidth traffic over the long distances typical of multi-building campuses and large-footprint plants. Multimode (OM3/OM4) fiber suits shorter in-building links between the MDF and IDFs. We match fiber type and strand count to your equipment today and the growth you expect.
Armored & Outdoor-Rated Fiber
In warehouses and production areas, cable can be exposed to lifts, racking, and tools. Armored fiber adds physical protection along exposed pathways, and outdoor-rated fiber carries the backbone between buildings. We also handle the outside plant cabling, underground conduit runs, and building entrance extensions that multi-building sites require.
Fusion Splicing & Termination
Fusion splicing creates permanent, low-loss connections. We splice into fiber enclosures and terminate to the connectors your equipment uses, including APC and UPC configurations, so every strand lands labeled and ready to patch.
MDF & IDF Buildouts
A backbone is only as useful as the rooms it lands in. We build and modernize MDFs and IDFs with relay racks, fiber enclosures, patch panels, wire management, and ladder rack. We also clean up crowded telecom rooms so new fiber doesn’t join old clutter.
Copper & Wireless Connections to the Edge
This core connection everything downstream. We install the Cat6 and Cat6A cabling, wireless access point cabling and mounting, and camera connections that hang off it, so one team owns the path from the MDF to the device.
Testing, Certification & As-Built Documentation
Every splicing and termination is Fluke-tested and documented under our testing, certification, and documentation process. At closeout, you receive test results, labeling, and as-built drawings, ready for network commissioning. Panduit certified integrations are eligible for manufacturer warranty coverage of up to 25 years, subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
Why Facilities Are Upgrading to High-Speed Fiber
Chandler’s technology and manufacturing growth is pushing more facilities to fiber. Chip fabs, equipment suppliers, and industrial buildings cluster across the Price Corridor, West Chandler, the Airpark Area, and Uptown Chandler, and new construction and expansion continue in all four.
On new construction, we deliver Division 27 scopes on the general contractor’s schedule, with pathways coordinated early and certified results handed over in time for network turn-up. In existing buildings, we plan around occupied areas and production schedules.
That growth puts three demands on the network:
Distance.
Large buildings and multi-building campuses quickly outrun the 328-foot limit of copper. Fiber ties distant IDFs and remote buildings back to the MDF without that limit.
Bandwidth.
Dense wireless, cameras, automation, and engineering areas all aggregate onto the core pathway. Fiber gives it headroom to move to faster speeds without re-pulling cable.
Uptime.
Production floors and mission-critical spaces have little tolerance for disruption, so feeder line work has to be phased, tested, and documented.
Industries We Serve in Chandler, AZ
Every facility type brings its own access rules, environmental controls, and uptime expectations. Here is what we plan for on each.
Semiconductor & Electronics Manufacturing
Semiconductor and electronics plants need production-floor network drops, a fiber core pathway to remote IDFs, engineering and lab areas, and testing and certification, all installed to strict access, cleanliness, personal protective equipment (PPE), and material procedures. We plan for high ceilings, lifts and fall protection, and long, complex pathways. See our manufacturing and industrial capabilities.
Advanced Manufacturing
New facilities, production expansions, equipment relocations, and modernization projects move fast and change often. We size the core pathways for growth and plan for dense wireless coverage, MDF/IDF buildouts, and moves, adds, and changes as lines are added.
Data Centers & Mission-Critical Facilities
Data center work means fiber buildout, cross-connect network framework, copper, cabinets and racks, patch panels, fiber enclosures, labeling, testing, and documentation, delivered under strict access rules and with little tolerance for disruption.
Aerospace & Defense
We install fiber central links, modernize and clean up MDFs and IDFs, and provide wireless access point pathways and mounting and security-system pre-wire. We plan for badging, escorts, and background checks up front.
Warehouses & Distribution Centers
Warehouses are large, high-bay buildings where fiber links remote IDFs and wireless coverage has to be dense. Lifts, fall protection, long pathways, and limited tolerance for network downtime shape how we plan and schedule.
Corporate Headquarters, Regional Offices & Call Centers
We support new construction, renovations, and expansions with fiber between floors and suites, high-density structured cabling, furniture-system and conference-room cabling, server room cabling, and sound masking, all phased around populated areas. See our corporate office and call center work.
Hospitals & Healthcare
Hospital networks are mission-critical and always in renovation. We handle MDF/IDF buildouts and cleanup, central fiber links, wireless, and sound masking under strict access, dust-control, and PPE requirements. See our healthcare and medical facilities capabilities, and for clinics and medical offices, see our commercial structured cabling in Gilbert.
We also serve schools and colleges, municipal and public facilities, hotels, and large retail and mixed-use spaces.
