Co-owner and Lead Technician Jeff Geiselhofer did not learn structured cabling in a forgiving environment. His career was built in the Chicago commercial market — executing precision installations at the Chicago Board of Trade, the New York Stock Exchange, and the CME Group. These are environments where a single failed connection does not generate a support ticket. It generates a financial crisis.
Jeff carried those standards to Arizona and found a market largely operating without them. What existed was a regional industry accustomed to "close enough." What he built instead was a company where close enough is not a category.
